Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take?
The questionnaire can be completed within 30 minutes. But for the best results, we recommend you apply proper thought, so it is more likely to take nearer 120 minutes to complete. It is purpose built to dig deep into your audience development practice to give you the most accurate results and meaningful success criteria.
What’s the difference between the free and upgraded versions?
The free-of-charge version provides you with a score for each strand of audience development (7 in total) , and simply interprets your answers to the questionnaire. The upgraded version gives you a score for each discipline (35 in total) and offers more detailed interpretation. It also provides you with an assessment of key indicators that quantify where you are now, and a bespoke set of success indicators that you need to evidence in order to take your score to the next level.
Can I upgrade after I’ve taken the free version?
Yes! Just click the “Upgrade Now!” button, and your full results will be immediately available.
Can I get help filling in the questionnaire?
Our Standard package includes a 2 hour, expert-led, facilitated workshop in which our consultants will work with your organisation to complete the health check and provide support in interpreting the results.
How can I get help if I don’t understand the results?
We have a commitment to ensuring that the results are jargon free and easy to understand by teams of people, whatever the size of the team. However, we would be delighted to talk through your results with you and give you a space to ask any questions. I need help implementing change
Our action plan provides a great starting block for knowing what you have to do in order to become more resilient, and for knowing your priorities to work on.
